Hi it's Tabs here ; we are both so happy to be on here and also to have made so many friends in such a short time.
This is the first of our daily blogs.
Jess has now been with us for over a week; our Mum and Dad Eddy and Dai adopted her a few das after my little kitty Meg passed away. Meg was run over by a car and the driver didn't even stop. I lay down by her side until Eddy found us.
Eddy was so upset but she was trying not to show it too much because I knew she was trying to be strong for me !!!
Today its very hot and ever since that horrible day I haven't been allowed out of the house and I often hear Eddy saying to Dai:
" I feel so mean keeping her in but I couldn't bear something to happen to Tabs again!!"
A part of me misses going out but another part of me feels so happy to be safe !!
Jess is too small to go out yet anyway and has had her vaccinations yet.
We have plenty of kitty toys here and we are allowed to roam over the whole house so it's not as if I'm being kept a prisoner !!
